This isn’t about casual sex.

Just a personal update since I haven’t really ‘blogged’ in a while.
Nothing is really going on. Had a nice break from school, went to Wilmington, had fun shenanigans, worked, made money, etc. Still anticipating the end of the year. Still have to do a mission trip and community service. Ugh. Service hours and just time itself are the only things standing in the way of freedom. Also the fact that I fucking hate school. HAAATE.

On a good note, music has been going well. I may have some pretty exciting opportunities lined up in the future which I will share with you later on if they end up happening. I’ve also been writing songs out mah butt lately. Ok, not really out of my butt, but songwriting has been going very smoothly for the last few months. 

I am excited for my birthday. I know this is in June but I don’t have much to look forward to so don’t hate. I want to go to Bonnaroo this summer. It’s on my birthday weekend and music festivals are the shit. I’m a little disappointed with the lineup this year but a lot of my favorites are still playing and hopefully they will add some more awesome acts.

Also, not sure if anyone is actually reading this, but I need someone’s opinion. I’m getting a tattoo, it’s a little complicated to explain but basically its the Tree of Life in a crest sort of thing with Sic Transit Gloria Mundi written around it in this sweet design. Anyways, should I get it this summer once I turn 18, or wait til winter? I was worried about too much sun exposure in the summer since I like to walk around in minimal clothing, so I was thinking maybe wait til winter so the next summer it would be fully healed. At the same time, I really don’t want to wait, but I know I should probably be more patient. Thoughts?
